Hospitality Shift Lead
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team at a high-volume ($10+ million) quick service restaurant. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive-Thru/ Front Counter/ Hospitality operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant.
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department.
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals.
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for the department.
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required).
- 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Experience in restaurant preferred (but not required).
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong internal drive for results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
