About the Job
The Shift Supervisor’s primary role is to apply the Fundamentals of Execution and the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy to drive Chick-fil-A Apopka towards our vision, To be The World’s Most Caring Company while overseeing and running a shift.

Expectations
Win the hearts of Guests every day by holding yourself and the Team Members accountable to the Winning Hearts Everyday strategy which consists of:

Great Food:
  • eRQA completion, once per shift
  • SAFE Daily Critical completion, once per shift
  • Jolt Food Safety Walkthrough completion, once per shift
  • Develop trust with Guests through meeting quality requirements

Clean & Safe Environment:
  • Maintain a refreshingly clean environment
  • Ensure all safety procedures are being followed
  • Ensure all Team Members are following hygiene standards and the health policy
  • Utilize LEAN processes
  • Familiar with crisis response plan and where to locate it

Fast & Accurate Service:
  • Strive for a Speed of Service goal of 3 minutes and 30 seconds
  • Ensure the accuracy of all Guest orders

Genuine Hospitality:
  • Enthusiastically fulfill the core four
  • Ensure each Guest and Team Member feels cared for
  • Maintain a hospitable and enthusiastic environment

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Must be able to bend, twist, and maneuver tight spaces
